1. Who we are

This website and the services described on it are operated by Virtual Zone Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), a software company based at 50-N Gurumangat Road, Block N, Gulberg III, Lahore 54000, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

• visitors to virtualzonetechnologies.com;
• people who contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp;
• clients who buy our software development, design, consulting, marketing and support services, and the people we work with at those clients.

Each of our mobile apps on Google Play has its own privacy policy, linked from its store listing and inside the app. For anything you do inside one of our apps, that app’s policy applies.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiries: your name, email address, company, phone or WhatsApp number, the service you are interested in, your budget range, timeline and message.
• Client projects: contact details of your team, and any documents, content, accounts or data you share with us so we can do the work.
• Billing: the name, business name, billing address and tax details needed to issue invoices and receipts.

Payment information

If you pay us by bank transfer, we receive the details that appear on the transfer. If you pay by debit or credit card online, your card details are entered with our payment service provider or bank and are processed by them. We do not see or store your full card number or security code (CVV). We receive only a confirmation of the payment, such as the amount, date, transaction reference and the last four digits of the card.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
• Web fonts: on devices other than Apple devices, pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when it downloads the font files.
• Cookies: this website does not set advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.

4. How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes and proposals;
• to plan, deliver and support the services you have bought;
• to issue invoices, take payments and process refunds;
• to keep financial and tax records required by the laws of Pakistan;
• to protect our website, systems and clients against fraud and misuse;
• to send you information about our services, only if you have asked for it. You can opt out at any time.

Where the law requires a legal basis for using personal information, we rely on your consent, on the need to perform a contract with you, on our legal obligations, or on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality obligations: our website host, our form-handling provider (Formspree, which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox), our email provider, and cloud and development tools used on client projects;
• Payment providers and banks that process your payments and refunds;
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where needed;
• Authorities, including tax authorities, courts and law enforcement, when the law requires it;
• a successor business, if Virtual Zone Technologies is merged or sold, under the same protections set out here.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Pakistan. When that happens we use providers that apply recognised security standards, and we share only what is needed for the service they provide.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client and project records: for the length of our engagement and for as long afterwards as needed to support the work and resolve any disputes.
• Invoices and payment records: for the period required by Pakistani tax and accounting law.
• Server logs: kept by our host for a short period for security purposes.

8. Security

We protect personal information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts, and confidentiality commitments from our team. No online system is perfectly secure, but if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will tell you without undue delay.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
• stop sending you marketing messages;
• withdraw consent you have given us.

Email support@virtualzonetechnologies.com with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within 30 days.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other websites

Our site links to websites we do not control, such as Google Play. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
